Situated on a quaint cobblestone street on top of an outpost of the renowned chocolatier Jacques Torres, the building is across the street from the popular Empire Stores and St. Ann's Warehouse, and within steps of the waterfront, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and Jane's Carousel.
The unit is extremely large - 1,500 sq feet. Two bedrooms, 1 bath. The living space is enormous and enough for a flex wall to make it a three bedroom. The area is spectacular - right in the heart of downtown Dumbo but far away enough from the train that you don't hear it at all. The building is very boutique, and everyone is very friendly. LOVE living here and sad to leave, but we're moving for school.
