We are transferring the lease to our 1-bedroom apartment (735 sq ft) in the Fort Greene neighborhood of Brooklyn. The apartment is located two blocks away from Fort Greene park and is close to grocery stores and many metro and bus lines. We are relocating for work and are sad to leave our apartment. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

1) Please note this is an UNFURNISHED apartment.
2) Pet friendly building: Monthly fee is $50 per pet per month (not included in rent price). There is a dog run in the building.
3) After the current lease term is completed on 04/14/2025, there will be an option to renew the lease.
4) There is a $95 USD monthly amenities fee per tenant (not included in rent price).

Building: The building has a doorman and a beautiful gym, yoga studio, common areas, & rooftop patio.
Transportation: There are many metro lines nearby- Q, R, N, B, D, W, 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, G etc. There are many bus lines as well.
Groceries: Whole Foods and Trader Joes are within a 7 min walk.
Parking: On-site parking available for extra cost. Ask building management about availability.

Additional fee

There is a $20 USD application fee.
