Cute/charming railroad-style one-bedroom apartment in Carroll Gardens. Super close to great restaurants and parks!

Will come fully furnished, one queen size bed with comfy casper mattress and large comfy sofa & large frame TV. There is also a peloton I am happy to allow the subletter to use if they have their own shoes.

There is one in window AC unit , as well as 3 ceiling fans throughout.

Kitchen is cute with two large windows and has everything you need to cook

Building is a prewar 4th floor walk up, there is also not a buzzer so you need to walk downstairs to let anyone in

Additionally, the bathroom is very small but cute and recently renovated!

There is an adjustable sit/stand desk by the window for a perfect work environment!

Bedroom has a SW exposure and the kitchen has NE exposure , the apartment gets great light throughout day

Additional fee

Will charge the subletter for the coned bill across two months and the amount will depend on AC use. I will cover wifi/gas

I will be doing a background check on approved subletter and collect money upfront for the whole sublease term
