The unit and building is absolutely beautiful. Everything is brand new. The building has tons of unique amenities, like a whole plant room, fully outfitted coworking space, rooftop pool and panoramic balcony that has amazing daytime and nighttime views.

The building is right on top of Atlantic Ave subway, so tons of subway lines. It's also right across from Whole Foods.

We signed for a longer lease (there's 1.75 yrs left) to lock us into a cheaper rent, and prevents you to have to search for another home in a year's time!
