The current lease is until Feb 2025 which can be renewed later. You will be sharing the apartmnet with two other friendly, female working professionals (non smokers). The apartment is in Parkside West.
Rent can be negotiated.
The apartment is in a secure residential area and has 24 hour doorman/reception service available.
