Your bedroom has a private little hallway that has its own full bathroom walk in closet and separate shoe closet. The bedroom has huge windows and can fit two king size beds. It’s HUGE. The apartment has laundry units in the basement.

The building has strict no smoking anytime or parties after 10p. m. rules. You are welcome to smoke in our garden that is fully manicured with a beautiful green lawn, trees, and benches.

There is 24h doorman service. All the doormen are friendly and so helpful with packages.

There are many restaurant options and an equinox one block away. I love living here and I'm sure you will too.
