Our apartment, Unit 1011 is right adjacent to the bar where several days a week there are happy hours with cheese plates, sushi, wine nights, and more. This apartment comes with many amenities in itself with beautiful wooden furniture, a unique coffee table, an induction stovetop kitchen with a full sink, closets throughout the unit, a fully segmented sleeping area and living area, and full bathroom with hotel grade toilets, mirrors for days with storage, and a standing shower with water pressure that makes you smile.

The building itself offers a private terrace, in-building laundry and honesty market, a game room, a large fully equipped communal kitchen, multiple smaller fully equipped kitchens throughout the building, many reading nooks & books spread through the building for inspiration and a full dance + gym studio. There's also an app to help you get to know your building mates + manage your apartment.

Incentives

The rent will be prorated at $100 a night and taken off the first month's balance. With the first month, if you can confirm + complete the single tenant form by the 10th we'll provide a discount of 10% of the first month's rent to help you get settled in.
