This apartment is a large one bedroom, that we converted to a 2 bedroom. The second bedroom is 8x12 with french doors that have curtains for privacy. The apartment boasts amazing views of the Hudson River, and Ellis Island. We have 4 large closets, an eat in kitchen, and a dining alcove. The bathroom has a shower/bath combo. The building is steps away from Hudson River Path, Brookfield place, Westfield mall, PATH trains, ferry terminal, and major subway lines in the Oculus. The neighborhood is great for any age. We started our family in this apartment, and would stay in it if we were staying in NY. The doormen, maintenance, and management are efficient, responsive, and kind. The building is pet and family friendly.

Incentives

We would be willing to leave a queen size bed, dresser, TV stand, kitchen island/storage unit, and a desk-free. We are happy to hear more negotiations as well.

Additional fees

The potential tenant would only need to fill out application from our leasing office, and be available to sign lease/receive keys.
