We are moving because we bought a new apartment and are subletting to avoid breaking our lease!

The move in date will be 5/1/2019 and the move out date is 9/30/2019, unfortunately, these dates are non-negotiable and the subletter will need to sublet for the entire term.

The apartment will NOT be furnished - we are taking all of our stuff to the new place!

You are more than welcome to sign a new lease with the Helena once September ends, its an amazing place to live!
