I am extremely flexible with my move out date.

This is in the newly built QLIC building so you can check out qlic.com for the amenities which include a rooftop pool and washer dryer in the apartment.

I can show the apartment almost any time.

2. Copy of your two (2) most recent pay stubs
3. Copy of your most recent Tax Return (1st and Signature Page Only)
4. Copy of your most recent W2 Form
5. Copy of your most recent bank statement
6. Copy of two (2) most recent paid rent receipts
7. A work reference letter stating your annual salary,
Supervisors’ name, contact number and signed by supervisor
8. A landlord Reference Letter with a contact number
9. Copy of your Driver’s License and/or Passport
