The Roommates:
Currently there are two cool, respectful guys in their late 20’s and 30’s living in the apartment. They are very easy going and everyone more or less sticks to themselves.

All tenants must qualify with 40X your portion of the rent in income ($1,275 x 40= $51,000). The building charges a non-negotiable $500 application fee once you have been approved. All leases go through the building and not through the current tenants in the unit.

Utilities are divided three ways, typically about $120/ month
