Must provide 1 month’s security deposit in a certified check.
Must be approved by the Building’s Management.

2. Copy of your two (2) most recent pay stubs
3. Copy of your most recent Tax Return (1st and Signature page only)
4. Copy of your most recent W2 Form
5. Copy of your TWO most recent bank statements - Checking and Savings
6. Copy of two (2) most recent paid rent recipes
7. A work reference letter stating your annual salary
8. A landlord Reference Letter with a contact number
9. Copy of your Driver’s License and/or Passport

*If you are using a guarantor to qualify for the rental, the original notarized guarantor forms must be received by the Leasing Team at QLIC before the execution of the lease.
