Hi there! I have moved and need someone to take over my lease once my currently subletter leaves which is at the end of June. This apartment is AWESOME as is the building. Super friendly staff, very clean, and anything and everything you would need taken care of. The place can come partially furnished or unfurnished and has everything you would need for the kitchen, linens, etc. Plenty of storage space and will be cleaned out with a lot of my extra stuff by the time you come so it'll be clutter free and feel very breezy and nice. The building feels very new and modern (I dont know how old it is but it isnt an old NY building). It has laundry on site, and a gym. The building is called The Monterey at Lex. The location is awesome. Blocks away from the most gorgeous parts of central park. Right in front of the 6 train 96th street stop and a block away from the new Q line. The museums are walking distance as well and plenty of great restaurants. The apartment is awesome. Super high ceilings which make it feel really large and it is very spacious as is. Lots of closet/storage space. Two huge windows. One in the bedroom and one in the living room so plenty of light. This place is really awesome and was a total gem when we finally found it after apartment hunting. We grabbed it as soon as we saw it. The building requires an app fee of $100. $100 app fee which I will split with you upon approval. It's just a simple background check. Unless you take over the lease then it's a little bit more paperwork and credit check etc.
