Looking for someone to take over my room in Stuytown on the 8th floor (elevator) for 13 months (July 1, 2019 - July 31, 2020). Can be available as soon as June 15.

All utilities included except wifi. Biggest room in the apartment with a closet and A/C unit. Room can easily fit a king size bed, or a queen and extra furniture. I currently have a couch, arm chair, dresser, extra clothing rack, bookshelf, desk, and full bed all comfortably in the room. Laundry in building. LGBTQ+ friendly apartment. Pet friendly. You'll be sharing the apartment with two LGBT male young professionals.

Right above East Village, there's plenty to go out and do. Target right across the street with Whole Foods and Trader Joe's within walking distance. Stuytown is super safe and has 24/7 security around the community. The apartment is near the 1st Ave L train stop on the 14th Street loop.

Application fee of $150 necessary to be approved by the building. Security deposit of $1950 would be paid to me and you'll get the deposit from Stuytown at the end of the lease.

Incentives

All utilities included, LGBT friendly. Can leave some furniture for new tenant. Common areas are furnished.
