My Wife and I are moving out of New York and are looking for someone to take over our lease ASAP. The current lease runs to the end of November with an option to renew at that point. There is also an option to sign a new 12 month lease beginning at the time of the transfer of the lease.

The apartment is a 1 bedroom flex apartment (720 Sq/Feet) with a fake wall making for a 2 (Master bedroom - 12x17, 2nd Bedroom - 12x12) bedroom unit. It is a corner unit with a window in the kitchen and bedrooms. The apartment has stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops. The apartment features a standard closet in the main bedroom and walk in closet in the living room. The building is a 24/7 doorman building with fitness center, Roof deck and in building laundry facilities. The building is across the street from the M34 bus stop and M15 bus stop on 34th and 1st The 6 Subway stop is also 4 avenues away.

The rent for the lease will be $3,490 per month.
