Room comes with AC/heating unit inside. Faces north, with a great view of 38th/9th ave and upwards.
BUILDING/FACILITIES: luxury building and apartment interior is new, well-kept and comes with new appliances. Building facilities are a HUGE plus: in-unit washer/dryer; live-in super; gym in building; rooftop access (with great views); doorman. Living room and bedrooms come with built-in speakers as well. Open kitchen with plenty of storage; wide counter top with ample-sized food prep area.

NEIGHBORHOOD: 37th street, between 8th and 9th Avenue. 5min walk from Penn/Port Authority Stations and major bus stops. 2min walk to nearest supermarket (Brooklyn fare) and awesome fresh butcher (Esposito) and seafood market (Seabreeze).

ABOUT US: We're two roommates who have been friends for a while and are looking for a roommate who will fit in with us. We work long hours on weekdays (Finance, but we're not bros!) and like to chill together at home when we're not at work. We have people over occasionally but nothing crazy/we're not big party people. Incentives

Room has option to come furnished (Queen bed, frame, small study desk, office chair, lounge chair) or unfurnished as the vacating tenant will just be selling his stuff otherwise.

Additional fees
