Hi All http://www.505w37.com/ for more info about the building. I'm moving out of my studio and the lease is good till October 30th. The leasing office can either get you onto a totally new contract or you can continue on this till it ends and renew. It's a rent controlled space so you should get the same deal as it is now which is $2750/month. I've been living here for the last 7 months and its amazing. Having to sublet as i'm getting married and need a bigger place. I'd love to get someone by June Mid to agree and sign. I know it's a bit early, but studios like these at this price point, rarely come through.
