We are subletting a fully furnished 160sq ft bedroom in our 3BR Stuyvesant Town apartment, through the end of July, available immediately. $1700/month all-in including unlimited utilities (A/C, electric, water, gas). FIOS internet and cable is separate (roughly $35/month).

The apartment is newly renovated with tons of closets and high ceilings in a secure elevator building with video intercom, bike storage, and laundry room. It's a 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large kitchen (granite counters with all updated appliances, dishwasher, microwave, lots of storage space), living room & dining room.

The bedroom is huge - approximately 13x12, can fit a queen size bed, dresser, desk, etc. with plenty of room to spare, with a built-in closet in the hallway in front of your door. There is a A/C unit in your room, you can use it as much as you want because utilities are unlimited. The lease is up July 31, it will likely be renewed but we ask for a commitment at least through then.

You'd have two roommates - both male professionals in their 20's and 30's. They are very neat, tidy and courteous.

The complex and neighborhood:
Stuyvesant Town is close to Union Square, Gramercy Park, and within walking distance to Gristedes, Associated, Trader Joes and Whole Foods, tons of restaurants & great nightlife. There is free parking 24/7 within the complex and tons of street parking surrounding Stuytown, not to mention a handful of Citi Bike spots. Stuy Town offers a landscaped, quiet courtyard with green grass and a water fountain. There are also basketball, bocce ball, and volleyball courts available. The "Oval" hosts a greenmarket from the spring to fall and outdoor movie screenings in the summer. There is 24/7 security in Stuyvesant Town, you will have a key card to enter the door of the building; there is a camera as well for you to view guests in the lobby who are ringing up.
