Offering a room in a spacious, clean, and fully furnished three bedroom apartment. The room is the biggest of the three rooms, located at the end of the hallway and facing an extremely private outdoor courtyard. Because of this it's also very quiet! It is a huge room with a walk in closet and plenty of space for desks, dressers, a queen size bed etc. Happy to also leave all of my furniture!

The apartment is in Kips Bay, on a very quiet and quaint street, but with many great restaurants and bars right around the corner. The apartment is on 31st street between 2nd and 3rd, and a very short walk to the 6 train and the cross town bus. It's also a 15-20 minute walk downtown, and a 25 minute walk from Midtown. It is also around the corner from Trader Joes!

My two roommates are good friends of mine. They are extremely clean, friendly and have very busy schedules. It is very rare that the three of us are in the apartment at once. We are looking for someone to move in who is clean and respectful, and who can be mindful of the fact that the two girls wake up very early for work and work long days. That being said, they are very fun and funny, and we are also looking for someone who can mesh well!

Lastly, we have WIFI & all the streaming services. We don't pay for hot water - just gas & electric. Please message me if you're interested! Looking to fill the room ASAP.
