Property Details

The studio is available for remainder of my current lease through the end of March 2020. At that point there would be the option to renew for the 1 year or 2. The building has a lot of nice amenities which you can see here: https://qlic.com/lifestyle/. This unit is on the interior courtyard side, which eliminates street and the nearby subway sounds. Unit is currently partially furnished with the following: Crate and Barrel sectional couch, West Elm rug, Samsung TV & stand, bookshelf, coffee table, side table, and dishware. Please let me know if any questions.

Incentives

The actual rent is $2,514 and offering half of January for free for a net effective rent of $2,095. Willing to include all furniture as yours to keep if we can come to agreement by 1/15.

Additional fees

You would be subject to approval by the landlord and would have to fill out their rental application. General requirement for approval is to make 45x rent (on the gross $2,514), but they accept guarantors if needed. Approval takes about 2 days.

Other info

Landlord will offer renewal for 1 year with 1.5% increase or 2 years at 2.5% increase.
