This is perfect for somebody who wants a place to stay for the spring semester at NYU or Columbia.
It's right on top of the new L train entrance and across the street from the new Target. A Trader Joe's opens Q1 2020.
It's on a high floor and you face away from the street so noise is minimal. If you open your windows and listen, you might hear dogs bark and children laugh.
