Sublease from April 1 - August 31st, for possible renewal of lease with the roommate. The rent is $1585/mo, monthly electricity + Internet Bill is around $60/person, deposit $1585 (paid to me). The apartment comes furnished. I will charge you for a $750 furniture fee（$1500 value), then you can move-in with just suitcases. You can decide to sell the furnitures at the time you move.
