My roommate and I are looking for one person to take the 3rd bedroom in our 3-Bed / 2-Full Bath apartment.
The apartment is located in Kips Bay (East Midtown), with beautiful views of Midtown and Downtown Manhattan.

The apartment has a full kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), furnished living room, and lots of closet space.

Building amenities include: 24/7 Doorman, laundry in the basement, parking, full service gym, pool with sauna, on site grocery store, on site cafe, on site dry cleaning, and tons more nearby. We have a huge plaza overlooking the East River, which is an amazing place to hang out year round.

My roommate and I are both guys in our early 20s, with the usual 9-6 routine on weekdays.
