The two tenants that currently live in the unit are very respectful, clean and professional guys in their mid-to-late-twenties. They both work full-time and are looking for a roommate that does the same. In addition to the apartment, this building comes with many amenities, including: in-building laundry, doorman, elevator, private rooftop complete with grills, fitness center and rec room that includes a big screen TV and a pool table.

Incentives

The room can be partly furnished upon renter's request, but the rest of the apartment is furnished and ready to go. Additionally, aside from security deposit and first month's rent, there is no additional expense required to move in. The two roommates that currently live in the apartment are exceptionally clean and respectful.

As for the neighborhood, it couldn't be more convenient. You're next to virtually every subway line in the city, surrounded by bars, restaurants and grocery stores, and you're a short walk away from neighborhoods like TriBeCa, the lower east side and chinatown.
