- 2 F professionals in their 30’s. We've been roommates for a year and get along well. We both have demanding jobs and aim to have a good clean home environment. Occasionally, we'll plan a roommate dinner or night out, but totally optional.

- Individual Heat/AC unit in each bedroom.
- The available room is the middle converted room and is large in size. Fits Queen Bed and full bedroom furniture (last roommate had desk, dresser, chest, nightstands, wardrobe, and queen bed). Lots of light, some floor to ceiling windows - all w/ blinds. Shared walls are real.
- You will share a bathroom with a female roommate.
- Apartment is move in ready! Hardwood Floors, Dishwasher, Microwave, etc.
- Roommates already have full kitchen supplies and living room furniture for shared use.

- Available March 15, 2020 – Monthly rent is $1750; new tenant will be expected to pay pro-rated rent for March 2020.
- Building management requires application, application fee (~$100), background check, proof of income, work status, etc.
- You will be responsible for one month rent ($1750) & security deposit at signing and paying rent on time each month through the duration of the lease through January 31, 2021.
- Utilities shared/each are usually $25-50/mo (Electric) and $28/mo (Internet).
