Hi! I am doing a lease transfer for my room on 18th st in Gramercy Park. Rent is $1525 monthly, plus a one-time lease transfer fee of $750 imposed by my building. Flexible start date, but lease goes until August 14th, with the option to renew. Room can come furnished, with a bed and bed frame and AC unit, at an additional fee if requested. Common spaces are furnished, I can share photos if interested. Private backyard space and dishwasher! Building is a walkup, but apartment is on the ground floor. Even though there is no doorman, packages are delivered inside the building. Lastly, my roommate also is interested in transferring her room so there are 2 bedrooms open in a 3 bedroom apartment if you're interested! Females only please.

Benefits of the neighborhood:
- Very quiet at nights but extremely close to the bars on 3rd ave, Union Sq, and East Village
- Walking distance to TWO TRADER JOES (14th and A and Union Sq)
- A few minutes walk to the L train (construction finishing this spring!) and ~10 mins walk to Union Square subway station - one of the best connected in the city
