I have lived here for 6 years. The rent has only gone up by $50 in the last 3 years. It is an excellent option and I had wanted to raise my daughter here, but due to recent circumstances, I'm going to move out of the city for lower rent. This is a wonderful neighborhood for families. Also, right next to Citibank, Amex, Goldman Sachs...walking to Wall Street.
