I have to break my lease on my 1 BR/1 BA Midtown East apartment (between Lex and Third in the 50s), and it's really an incredible deal and super spacious. It can be made available for almost immediate move-in. The rent is $3705 for a 2-year lease.

It was previously flexed into a 2 BR/1 BA (the super put up a full floor to ceiling wall with door) and we were still able to have a full living room (with an L couch, long TV stand, TV and bar cart) and a full dining table (seats 4-6).

The interior of the apartment, as well as the lobby and hallways have all been newly renovated. The apartment has hardwood floors and the kitchen and bathroom have marble tops and the cabinets are soft close. The bedroom fit a king bed with large tuft frame, a horizontal dresser and matching nightstand, a long and wide daybed, and a full shelving unit and still felt spacious. There are three super large closets (coat closet in foyer, linen closet near the bathroom and a semi-walk in closet in the bedroom).

When I looked for a new apartment last August, mainly to check out a new neighborhood, every broker told me I wouldn't be able to find this size apartment in this price range anywhere else in Midtown East, and they were right so I stayed for another year. I'm honestly super sad to leave and would love for one of you to snag this deal.
