My roommate and I LOVE our apartment but have to move out. It is a one bedroom flex 2 bedroom on the 35th floor. The apartment has a washer and dryer, a garbage disposal (yes, thats right) and a dining area (that we've flexed into a 2nd bedroom - wall to the ceiling is allowed). The building has a doorman, a bike room, a gym, a roof, an indoor pool, a kids playroom, a conference room, a sauna and a common area and is within a couple blocks of almost every train.
