This is a fully furnished beautiful one bedroom apartment with TONS of light, condo-grade appliances and fixtures, and lots of space. The furniture is all brand new as of February. This would be a beautiful space to spend lots of time inside. I'm staying with family in California and am flexible about the longevity of the sublet. The monthly rent is significantly discounted and includes utilities. I'm willing to negotiate.

There are lots of restaurants, shops, and coffee spots within blocks, including Bakeri, Anella, Archestratus Food & Books (which prepares weekly meal kits for isolation), and Oddfox coffee to name a few.

**Note - the pictures posted are what I had on my phone of the apartment (I'm not currently there), so some of them are from before I moved in, and others are after I furnished it, but with some laundry and other items that would obviously be removed before subletting. I'll have more pictures at the end of the month.**

I can remove as many of my personal belongings as you'd like, though the furniture will need to stay.
