One bedroom in large, bright and clean two-bedroom second floor walk up in Lower East Side. Corner of Allen and Pike Streets. Shared spaces include bathroom, kitchen and living area. Tons of light in living room for at home co-working. Room has three huge windows and is at back of apartment. Bed, dresser, etc. included. The room is furnished and the preference is that someone come without furniture. I do ask however, that subletter bring their own linens/sheets and towels (bed is full sized) for sanitary reasons. There is also a rolling rack in the room that is not pictured in listing photos.

Move in date is flexible but no later than June 1st. Six month sublet until November 30th 2020. Possibility to extend. Utilities (wi-fi, gas, electric) $75.

Neighnorhood is fantastic - 1 block from East Broadway F, 10 minutes walking to Delancey/Essex JMZ and more. 15 minute walk to SoHo and East Village. 20 minute walk to Union Square.
Grocery stores (Trader Joes, Dimes Grocery, Whole Foods, Essex Market), bodegas nearby. 5 minute walk to FDR park on East River.

ABOUT THIS LISTER
My roommate Daniel is there and works at a fashion magazine (remote these days). He's a very friendly and an extremely talented cook! It is a clean and quiet space. The rooms are large enough to have your own privacy.

Looking for someone kind, clean, easygoing and flexible in these time. Ideal would be someone who works from home right now so there aren't too many concerns about the coming and going and contagion, etc.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
First month and deposit required for move in. Sublease agreement will be drafted and signed by both parties once agreement is reached.

FaceTime tours/meetings can be arranged. I am in London but available to organize/liaise. Subletter will pay rent and utilities to me directly.

Our lease is up at the end of November and depending on the pandemic, we may or may not renew so again, there is possibility to extend sublet.
