It is located in the heart of the East Village close to a brand new Trader Joe's, Target, and all of the local food delicacies you could ask for. It is only one door down from the famous Tompkins Square Bagels! Tompkins Square Park is less than a block away. Overall, the location could not be better.

The apartment is a TRUE one bedroom with room for a Queen bed with still plenty of space for additional furniture. The room gets amazing sunlight. The appliances in the kitchen are quite new, maybe 1-2 years old – all of them are FULL SIZED and there is also a DISHWASHER!

We really loved living here, we are just relocating due to the pandemic.
