Breathtaking corner apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and great closest space with stunning views of Manhattan, Downtown Brooklyn, and Fort Greene. Get ready to see sun rises and sunsets! You have direct and incredible views of the Empire State Building and the Chrysler building. I love this apartment, but I'm moving for work.

This unit configuration is the best in the building and is only offered a few times a year. Heat and Gas are included, electric is very low since the building is built recently and the apartment is configured for Verizon Fios. The apartment has central air and heat and amazing staff! I've never had a package get lost and repair requests are fixed promptly.

The Ashland is a full service residential building. There is a laundry room in the building along with an optional amenity package that includes a gym, grills, roof access with a billards room, as well as building socials (the amenity spaces are available with limited capacity during covid). The building is pet friendly!
