The apartment itself is MASSIVE (1,065 sq ft.), very quiet and clean, with a good sized shared kitchen and full living room (fully furnished).

Your roommates would be two professional females in their late 20s/early 30s. They are great girls, super nice and DRAMA FREE!

The best part of living at Waterside Plaza is the outdoor space. Take in the riverfront views, lay out and tan, or work from the plaza all summer long. You are allowed bring food/alcohol and have free guests on the plaza until 10PM.

The building features 24/7 doorman and security throughout, laundry room in the basement, private supermarket, nail salon, dry cleaners, and parking garage on site, as well as a full gym with lap pool (though it is closed right now), and access to the East Side running path. It’s an ideal set up!

Transit options are great with a free shuttle to Union Sq. and Grand Central (both ways), the M34 bus stopping at your doorway, a 15 min walk to the 4/5/6, and the ferry to Brooklyn/FiDi just minutes away.

The lease ends in March 2021 and you would have the option to renew.
