Good thing is that it is "peak" season for renters so prices are up but this lease ends in February and thus you can look for a new place or renew at a lower rate because February is "low" season. It also has an attached parking garage to the building for $185/month. I believe parking garage might be full now but our car is there and we can transfer ownership of the parking space as well.
All other two bedroom apartments here start at $3200 therefore you are getting a good deal. Willing to also sell at a low price 90% of our furniture so the apt can pretty much be move-in ready
