Hello, due to the pandemic my job is allowing remote work flexibility. As such I'm looking to re-assign my lease that is through 2/28/2021 to someone who can take over. While the monthly rent is not negotiable as it is set with the building management company, the apartment is fully furnished and furniture is fully negotiable.

The building is full amenity and located at 505 West 37th Street.

There is a $20 application fee to ensure you are eligible to meet monthly rent. Application includes credit verification, proof of Employment (3 most recent/consecutive paystubs; CPA Letter and Tax Return may be requested for some individuals), bank statement (3 most recent/consecutive detailing recent transactions), reference letter, photo ID.

Residents have access to a spectacular set of amenities and services, including the Sky Club: a stunning lounge with soaring views and room to shoot pool, watch a movie or find a nice quiet place to work. Other amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring a skylight, a second lounge that includes a grand piano, a multitude of lounge seating alcoves for residents to choose from and over 18,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space.
