Hello! Due to unforeseen circumstances, I'll have to return home to Toronto very soon. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease immediately, which runs until January 2021. (FYI the owner is absolutely open to extending the lease beyond Jan 2021 for those interested.)

This is a co-op building, and a real community. From a monthly newsletter, to building events, to a private garden (can be used by tenants for a modest annual fee), the building's Board takes great pride in making sure every tenant feels a part of this community.
