I’m looking for someone to take over my lease through the end of the year, and potentially longer if you’d be interested. My apartment is a two bedroom shared with my roommate who is super great and clean.

The apartment is located, in my strong opinion, on the best block in the city. Within 2-3 blocks, you have central SoHo for shopping, some of the best brunch spots in the city in every direction (Ruby’s on the block, Egg Shop, Jack’s Wife Freda, Butcher’s Daughter), Prince St Pizza, SoHo Equinox, and incredible bars, lounges, and restaurants. If you’ve ever been to Rubirosa for pizza, my apt is literally across the street, next to Aime Leon Dore.

I’m offering the apartment at a steep discount given the situation and I’m flexible on length of stay, with a preference for July or August through December. The apartment is available either furnished or unfurnished, up to you.

My roommate is also out of the country for the next couple of months so you’ll have the entire apt to yourself the first couple of months. Send me a message, happy to accommodate you.
