It is located on the same corner as the 145th Street ABCD trains (15 minutes to Columbus Circle, 30 minutes to Financial District) and two blocks over from Riverbank State Park and the West Side Highway trail.

The apartment is south facing with a lot of light, and away from the street so it's very quiet. There are currently only 5 other residents in the building, at max there has been 6 others so overall it's a quiet space.

The unit includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo, high ceilings, hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, and updated fixtures throughout. It has two separate central AC units, both remote controlled, and a video intercom system.

Incentives

The bedroom furniture was purchased exclusively for that space and I can leave upon move out. It includes a platform full sized memory foam bed with under-bed storage, and two large 3-door IKEA closet units with both hanging and cubby storage.

The storage unit in the bathroom was also purchased for that area and can stay as well.

I also have a 40" inch flat screen television I'm looking to donate but could leave behind.
