Sign onto the new 1-year lease starting September 1 and pay no rent for August. Move in as soon as possible and provided that you get on the lease renewal for September 1 with me. After joining the lease you'll pay the regular rent which is $1675.

Apartment is 650 sqft and furnished except for your room. It's in a super conevenient location! Located one block from the L Train and in the heart of the East Village. Westside Market, Trader Joe’s Grocery and Wine Store two blocks away and only a few blocks from everything in Union Square like Whole Foods. So many great restaurants in this area too now with awesome al fresco seating

Your roommate would be a mid 40s guy who is an advertising creative director. I'm clean, respectful and low-key. Sorry no smoking in the apartment please but you can on the roof or stoop.
