Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease (Lease Assignment) since I'll be relocated for a new job. Lease runs until July 2021 with renewal option. A minimum of a 6-month sublet is also an option. Take over my lease and I will give you a check for $4,500.

Availability: Available October or after (negotiable). Lease ends in July 2021. The unit is rent stabilized (no qualification needed!). The building also offers a $0 security deposit if you pay via ACH. I am willing to be flexible on move-in timing. I am also happy to show the apartment in person but if a virtual tour is preferred I can accommodate that as well

Apartment: The apartment is a very nice studio (with walk-in closet and views of the Empire State Building!) in in luxury Hell’s Kitchen doorman building, Westport Apartments. I've loved living here, but unfortunately am leaving NYC. The furniture is negotiable if you're looking for someplace furnished.

Building: The building is located in Hell's Kitchen, and is a short walk to Columbus Circle, Central Park, and Hudson River Park. The building includes:
