What are you looking for in a tenant?
Unfortunately myself and my roommates are no longer staying at our amazing HUGE Upper East Side apartment. Our lease is up March 1st!
What do you love about this place?
Honestly a HUGE apartment, especially for Manhattan. 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms all with windows and large closets. We are *steps* away from the amazing Q train and a few blocks from the 6 train. Lots of awesome restaurants and shops right in the area. And on the same block as a TARGET!!!
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances that were new when we moved in and the hallways were just recently renovated. Living room has room for a LARGE couch and separate dining area. Even families live in this building because the apartments are so spacious!
Option for apartment to be partially furnished if you're interested. Bedroom 1- 13x11.5 ft
