Fully furnished master bedroom on 49th floor of high-rise luxury building with 24/7 doormen and many amenities. The bedroom (~150 square feet) has a queen-sized bed with a Casper Adjustable Pro base and Casper hybrid mattress. There is a large double-door closet with lots of storage space. Furnished with large dresser with mirror; full length mounted mirror; 40 inch TV; desk; nightstand; and more. You will have a large private bathroom with two sinks and a wall of mirrored medicine cabinets and additional storage. The views are *incredible,* including views of the Statue of Liberty. Hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and central air/heat in every room. The apartment is a true two bed, two bath (NOT flex), and you will be sharing it with one lovely, kind female in her late 20s.

The living room is fully furnished, as shown in pictures. Everything is brand-new. The kitchen is very large, with a spacious island and tons of storage. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer (plus more washers and dryers on the third floor).

2 bed/2 baths in the building are $5,000+ so this rate is a STEAL. I want to find the right person who will be respectful, kind, and mature. I am looking for someone who will take COVID precautions very seriously and will respect the apartment. Given COVID, guests would have to be very rare and would require advance notice and approval.

This is a THREE MONTH sublet. It is possible that I might extend this, but it is most likely that I will be returning in mid-January, for a total stay of October 1 (earliest) to January 15.
