Lease takeover for a studio apartment starting Dec 1. My current lease is until end of Feb and you can choose to renew it then if you'd like. The apartment can come furnished or unfurnished. You can have all the essential furnitures(couch/bed/dresser/tv cabinet etc ) for a very reasonable price, so you can pretty much move in with a suitcase.

The L shaped studio apartment is located on the 31st floor with amazing uptown views. The Q train, M15, SBS-M15 and crosstown bus are located right outside the building and 6 train subway line is one block away. Doorman, beautiful gym with pool, fitness classes and roof-decks (additional fee) and Dry Cleaning/tailoring in the building (also 24-hour Rite Aid, Dunkin Donuts & TD Bank). Walking distance from central park, east river promenade and a whole bunch of museums. Area has a nice selection of restaurants and bars as well. Package room and laundry machines are conveniently located inside the building. All service requests etc for the apartment are handled via an easy online ticketing system.

The building requires that you make 40X the rent. (or have a guarantor). I'm planning to leave before the last week of nov, so possible to move in a few days earlier at no extra cost. Also, there's NO move in fee or any other hidden/additional charges.
Current rent is 2375/ month. Willing to give $675 credit (225*3) to bring down the rent to 2250/month
