We have a room up for rent in our 3 bed 2 bath apartment located in Hells Kitchen/Hudson Yards. It is a true bedroom with a large window, A/C, heater. It's a completely private room and you'll be sharing the bathroom with one other roommate. The apartment is in a luxury building, it has a doorman, lobby, gym, laundry on the 3rd floor, elevator, service elevator and sundeck with grills all available for use of the tenants for free. Bed & Dresser included in the room. Cleanliness is very important for us. Utilities are not included but range to about $60+/- a month per person. There is no living room but the room is large with lots of natural sunlight. Move in is as early as October 1st 2020. Looking for someone to sign a sublet agreement until Sept 25th 2021 preferably but open to a shorter term as well.
