The apartment is located on the 31st floor of a luxury doorman building with amazing unobstructed views of downtown from the East River to the Hudson including the WTC, all East River bridges, Jersey City, Hoboken, and Queens – literally could not ask for better views! Willing to rent the apartment unfurnished or furnished with West Elm and CB2. You’ll have a huge L shaped couch, brand new 60 inch mounted TV in the living room, blue velvet swivel chair, seating bench by the window, high-top table, and marble coffee table. There is also a nook in the entryway where I keep a standing / sitting desk for working remotely. I have a great rain shower installed in the bath and separate A/C in each room. The kitchen was renovated before I moved in 2.5 years ago.

Lease is up on Feb 28, 2021. If you take the apartment unfurnished you can resign.
