I'm moving out of state and I'm looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease, which ends Feb 1, 2021. At that point you can renew and keep the same great deal! This apartment is an awesome deal a few blocks from the Graham L stop! It's a duplex unit on the top floor (3 floor walkup) in a wonderful neighborhood.

Why is this deal so good? I got this apartment right before they announced that the L train shutdown was cancelled!! (Lease started Feb 1 2019 and I found it Jan 2 i think). It's a bit of a walk to the G and JMZ, so I got a super good deal. Unfortunately management isn't letting me break my lease right now without finding a replacement tenant, so I'm forced to pass the deal on to a lucky someone!
