Fully open concept living space with kitchen (plus pantry), living room and separate dining area. The best eastern facing views in the city with no buildings blocking. There is a powder room with washer/dryer and full bath in the master bedroom. Master bedroom can fit a king size bed and has massive closet space throughout. There are blackout shades in the master bedroom to keep the light out in the morning.

The building has a full staff including a doorman 24/7 and maintenance staff. It has two outdoor spaces - a finished roof with amazing city views and a 3rd floor finished outdoor space with 5 grills. The 3rd floor also has a large gym that includes several Peloton Bikes.

The apartment building is directly above Fairway, directly across the street from a CVS, 3 minute walk to Eataly and centrally located so that you are walking distance to the West Village, Gramercy, NOHO, SOHO and Midtown.

1 MONTH FREE - Rent is $6,800 a month but Net Effective Rent is $5,754 if starting January after 1 month free. If start date is February 1st, Net Effective Rent is $5,564
