Beautiful, quiet studio right on Fort Greene Park in Brooklyn. Classic brownstone walk up, third floor (two flights of stairs), new finishes in kitchen and bathroom, elegantly furnished. You’ll have all the basic necessities you need. Windows face a lovely back courtyard with wonderful southern light throughout the day. Excellent restaurants are just down the street, and there is a great Hudson Valley farmer’s market every Saturday at the edge of the park, a short walk across the street. Fort Greene is culturally diverse and truly a local gem in the heart of historic Brooklyn. Neighbors are respectful and friendly, and we expect the same of any visitor or tenant. Reason for leaving: family thing.

You will need to fill out a simple form and agreement to the terms. We will need to see proof of current employment and tax returns. We require the first month upon signing and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent which can be applied to your last month’s rent given there are no damages.
