Great bedroom available in a 2bd/1bath apartment in Midtown East!

Room available can be furnished for a short term stay (minimum, 2 months) or can be unfurnished if you'd like to take the space for the remainder of my lease (May 2021). Price INCLUDES utilities.

Room comes with a very large closet, and the room can fit a desk in addition to the full size bed, dresser, and upholstered storage bin.

Apartment is located conveniently just one flight up. The living room/kitchen are fully furnished and stocked!

You'll be living with my wonderful roommate, a female in her 20s working from home currently in PR. She has lived here for over 4 years and I lived there over 2 years - it is a wonderful space with a responsive landlord/super. We've kept the space clean and quiet especially during the pandemic, and hope to find someone who will do the same.

Price includes utilities and I am willing to negotiate, so please reach out!

Additional fees

I would need to see proof of employment, and if you were to take over the remaining 7 months on my lease would require a small security deposit to cover anything that may happen over the course of your lease. You will also be required to sign a sublease document with me and my landlord.

Other info

Once May 2021 arrives, you would be able to decide what to do with the space and can sign a new lease or move out.
